She has worked as a Duty of Care Consultant since 2020, supporting major productions including Adolescence (Netflix), Queenie (Lionsgate), I Am Ruth (Channel 4) and many more. Her work protects the psychological wellbeing of cast and contributors from pre-production through to post-transmission.
Outside the screen industry, she is co-founder of Working Mindset Ltd and has held senior clinical roles in the NHS, including as Adopted and Looked After Children's Team Lead at NHS Buckinghamshire CAMHS.
